The scope of the job includes one kitchen, one living room, one dining room, with the addition of the number of bedrooms and bathrooms you choose. Any request out of the regular scope of the job will be charged separately.
Scope: House Interior Top-To-Bottom
Removal and disposal of debris
High and low dusting (heavy duty vacuum for dry wall dust)
Spot cleaning
Sanitizing and disinfecting
Damp wiping/cleaning of walls, ceilings, light fixtures, baseboards, doors, trim, and moldings
Detail vacuuming including edges, corners and crevices
Removing stickers and polishing fixtures
Cleaning cabinets/drawers/closets/shelving/ledges and overhangs
Glass cleaning
Clean exterior of kitchen appliances
Paint, spackling and caulk splotching removal
Cleaning of electrical and plumbing fixtures
Carpet vacuuming/spotting/cleaning
Hard floor care (sweep-vacuum-mop-scrub.)
Window frame/sill cleaning (interior).
